Living Room is on the ground floor has stunning Jacobean ceilings and a great fireplace, and is equipped with comfortable sofas, TV, board games and books.

Fully equipped modern Kitchen on the upper floor with large dining table, dishwasher, oven, and washing machine. The spacious kitchen has an abundance of natural light and extends out to a long Balcony with scenic views over the harbour and estuary of Penryn.

Two Bedrooms that sleep four people. The ground floor twin bedroom contains two single beds and has its own bathroom with bath and shower. The upstairs master bedroom has a King bed, a barrel-vaulted ceiling and 17th century plasterwork with access to a separate shower room.

Convenient for Penryn campus and for Falmouth. Yacht marinas are a short walk away. There are 3 pubs in walking distance, The Famous Barrel (good local pub – more of drinking place), The Thristy Scollar (excellent food from their local Chef) and the Seven Stars.
Pizza 42 is an excelletn restaurant, in a Courtyard next to the Barrel, which makes amazing spicey Margarias, and superb food.
